1. SCENARIO:
An employee whose spouse was transferred to a location several
hours away from the office is feeling stress because her husband wants
to move closer to the new location, where they can get a much bigger,
nicer house for less money. The company is willing to pay
relocation costs. She's concerned that she might not be able to
stay with the company because the commute will be so long.
She happily was able to stay employed by the company after successfully
negotiating an arrangement in which she works at home on a full-time
basis. She and her
